Build your own stabilizer

Of course it is quite easy to purchase a stabilizer, but often times the fun is in the making. You'll have your own, and at a price that's hard to beat. Doug Andrew (Of the Potomac Curling Club) deserves credit for this page. He and a few other volunteers have taken the time to build several for the club, and Doug has documented the directions, complete with 8 x 10 color glossies with circles and arrows.

A detailed set of instructions, illustrated of course, is available as either a .pdf file or as a Microsoft Word document. It doesn't matter which you use, they both say the same thing.
